I always like to pick up on current trends, and since isometric art is a big thing in 2019, I wanted to try out a few ideas using bright color palettes I'm really into right now with some of my favorite catch phrases. Using Adobe Illustrator, I picked a blocky san serif font to work best with the 3-D effect. Then I made simple shapes that I turned into pattern swatches to use as new fills in the appearance palette. They ended up being great for Instagram posts and will be something I'll carry into some card and t-shirt designs too. More of these to come.
